Registration

Registration fee $30.00

(This is a one-off payment)

Payment of the registration fee is not required initially. Prospective students may take up to three trial classes in Module 1 and pay the tuition fees only.

Registration and payment of the registration fee will be required only after taking the trial classes and the student decides to continue with the classes.

With the payment of the registration fee the student will be eligible to attend all classes at the various venues subject to a vacancy being available.

 

Tai Chi for All

Module 1 tuition fee $10.00

 

The Module 1 is suitable for new beginners, senior citizens, and others wanting a class of short duration. Programme includes instruction and group practices of warm-up exercises, Tai Chi techniques, hand forms, foot work, deep breathing, and the Taiji Qigong Shibashi (18 Forms Tai Chi Chi Kung) Set 1 routine.

Duration: 45 minute

Free of charge: Tai Chi for All SuperGold card holder’s first trial class.

 

Tai Chi for All

Module 2 tuition fee $3.00

 

New beginners who have reached a level of proficiency in Module 1 may progress to Module 2. Programme includes Health Qigong, the Yang Style 10 Forms, 16 Forms, 24 Forms Simplified Tai Chi Chuan and the Yang Style Competition Routines.

Duration: 45 minutes.

Free of charge: Any additional Module 2 class attended during the same week at any venue (the week commencing on the Saturday).

Note: All Module 2 classes must be taken with Module 1.

 

Tai Chi for All

Module 3 tuition fee $3.00

 

For optional studies of Yang Style Tai Chi weapon routines - 32 Forms Simplified Tai Chi sword, 36 Forms Tai Chi Fan,Tai Chi Short Staff, and the 42 Forms Tai Chi Chuan and 42 Tai Chi Sword Competition Routines, From time to time may include other specific training.

Duration: 30 minutes.

Free of charge: Any additional Module 3 class attended during the same week at any venue (the week commencing on the Saturday).

Note: All Module 3 classes must be taken with Modules 1 and 2.

 

Traditional Tai Chi Class

Module 1 tuition fee $10.00

The 103 Movement Hand Form will be taught in three sections to suit the level of practice required.

Note: All Module 2 classes must be taken with Module 1.

 

Traditional Tai Chi Class

Module 3 tuition fee $3.00

 

For studies of the 13 Movements Sabre Form, and the 22 Movements Tai Chi Chuan Essential Form.

(Future studies to include 67 Movements Sword Form)

Duration: 30 minutes.

Free of charge: Any additional Module 3 class attended during the same week at any venue (the week commencing on the Saturday).

Note: All Module 3 classes must be taken with Modules 1 and 2.

 

PAYMENT OF FEES

Tuition fees Pay-As-U-Go for each class only. No monthly fees or advance payments required. However, the student will still be expected to attend classes regularly for good progress to be made in learning and to receive the benefits from Tai Chi Chuan practice.
